Entrance Dates: September and February

Application Fee: $250 CAD and is non-refundable
Full Year Tuition Fee: $14,000 for a maximum of eight courses
1 Semester Tuition Fee: $7,000 for a maximum of four courses
Annual Homestay Placement Fee: $250

REFUND POLICY

A full tuition refund, less the application fee, will be granted if Citizenship and Immigration Canada does not issue the Study Permit. To obtain a refund, the student must provide:

  1. A letter of Rejection from Citizenship and Immigration Canada
  2. A copy of the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board official letter of acceptance.
  3. A written refund request by the parent, with their signature, including the name and address of the cheque recipient.

Two-thirds of the tuition fee will be refunded if a student withdraws prior to the commencement of the program.

One-half of the tuition fee will be refunded if the student withdraws after the commencement of the program but before 30 calendar days elapsed.

No refund will be granted to a student who withdraws 30 days after the commencement of the program or who is dismissed from the program due to breach of law, policy or regulation as determined by the Government of Canada, the Police, or the Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board.
